Lawyer cries out to IGP, CBN over N750m frozen funds

A Nigerian company, Kudiwave Technologies Limited, is seeking the intervention of the Inspector General of Police and the Central Bank of Nigeria to recover N750.37 million frozen in its accounts. Despite a Federal High Court order lifting all restrictions, the company has not regained access to its funds. The company's lawyer, Prince Oko Kalu, delivered a Save Our Soul message to the authorities, stating that the funds have been moved out of reach. The company maintains it has no link to any fraud and is frustrated by the lack of action.
