Moody's Ratings has revised Nigeria's credit outlook from stable to positive while affirming its B3 long-term foreign and local currency issuer ratings. The agency cited improvements in Nigeria's external position and stronger-than-expected economic growth as reasons for the positive outlook. Moody's noted that if these trends are sustained, Nigeria's ability to absorb external shocks and strengthen economic resilience could improve.
