The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has appointed Abdulrahaman as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL). The appointment takes immediate effect and was announced on Friday as the 2026/27 NPFL season kicked off. This follows the sack of the league board. The new COO is expected to oversee the league's operations and ensure smooth running of the season.
