A startup founded by ex-DeepMind engineers wants to turn its customers into robot teachers

Reimagine Robotics, a startup founded by former Google DeepMind engineers, aims to address the '100,000-year data gap' in robotics by enabling customers to teach robots new skills. CEO Jonathan Scholz, who previously led DeepMind's applied robotics team, founded the company with former colleagues Oleg Sushkov, Akhil Raju, and Misha Denil. The London- and Sydney-based startup emerged from stealth earlier this month. Scholz believes that working at Google made him realize the importance of customers being able to teach robots to be useful.
