The Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Dr. Y. B. Usman, has appealed to the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) for urgent intervention in the institution's critical infrastructure and security needs. Usman made the appeal while welcoming a TETFund Board of Trustees member representing the North Central Zonal Region. The visit was part of efforts to secure funding for perimeter fencing and other security measures. This appeal highlights the ongoing infrastructure challenges faced by tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
