FG orders investigation as Ikorodu–Sagamu power losses hit N120 billion

The Federal Government has ordered an investigation into power losses of up to 100 megawatts (MW) along the 132kV Ikorodu–Sagamu industrial corridor. The losses are estimated to cost N120 billion. The government has raised alarm over the significant power wastage, which affects industrial operations in the area. The investigation aims to identify the causes and implement measures to reduce the losses.
