The Akure Businessmen and Professionals Roundtable (ABPR) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, for their role in resolving the labour crisis at the Federal University Teaching Hospital (FUTATH). The commendation follows the suspension of the industrial action by organised labour in Ondo State, which had severely disrupted hospital operations and caused hardship for patients and students. ABPR, through a statement by Dr. Olufemi Oyinsan, acknowledged Prof. Pate's interventions and his commitment to the federal government's health sector agenda.
