The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has extended the deadline for candidates offered admission from 2021 to date to accept or reject such offers. The board had earlier fixed August 31 as the deadline, but in a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja, JAMB's Public Communication Adviser, Dr Fabian Benjamin, announced the new deadline of September 30. The extension applies to all affected candidates, including those with regular or Centralised University International Admission (CUIIA) offers. Benjamin urged candidates to take action before the deadline, warning that failure to do so would have consequences for the status of their admissions.
