Anambra LG polls: Voters shun exercise as APGA runs unopposed in 20 councils

Voters in Anambra State turned out on Saturday to elect new mayors for the 21 local government areas, but the exercise saw low participation as the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ran unopposed in 20 councils.
