The Taraba State government, through its Environmental and Sanitation Agency, has announced plans to arrest and prosecute livestock owners who allow their animals to roam freely within the metropolis. Hon. Iliya Kefas, chairman of the Agency, disclosed this decision while monitoring the monthly sanitation exercise in Jalingo. He lamented the violations of sanitation and traffic rules by livestock owners.
