OPC declares support for Tinubu’s re-election bid

The late Dr Frederick Fasehun faction of the O'odua People's Congress (OPC) has declared support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election in 2027. The declaration was made at the group's 32nd Founders Day celebration and inauguration of a new National Executive Council in Lagos. The OPC's re-elected President, Mr Wasiu Afolabi, promised that the group would work for the President as they did in 2023, citing a lesson from Fasehun that any Yoruba man in office should be regarded as OPC's corporate project.
