Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo has reportedly decided to join Manchester City, with the two clubs in talks over a transfer, according to The Athletic. The 27-year-old Netherlands international is said to have turned down a move to Tottenham Hotspur and prefers a switch to the Etihad Stadium. Gakpo provided an assist in Liverpool's 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest on Saturday. His potential departure comes as Liverpool have agreed to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola.
