A 200-level Political Science student of Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Rose Adikwu, has been hospitalised in Makurdi after being allegedly scalded with hot water during a disagreement with her cousin and co-tenant, Agbo Felicia. The incident occurred on Friday, August 28, 2026. Felicia, a 500-level Chemistry student, has been arrested by the police. Adikwu narrated her ordeal to the Students' Union President and other executives who visited her at the hospital.
