The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) has reported over 65,000 suspected cholera cases across 35 states and about 195 local government areas so far this year. The Director-General, Dr. Jide Idris, disclosed this in a situation report released on Friday. The NCDC continues to monitor the outbreak and coordinate response efforts to curb the spread of the disease.
