The G-100 group, which convened the summit, says it is not intended to immediately pick a candidate, but the issue of who will step down is already a topic. Previous opposition efforts, including a meeting in Ibadan, lost momentum, and figures like Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso, and Makinde remain on separate platforms.
