Police dismantle bandits’ hideouts in Kaduna

The Police Command in Kaduna State has dismantled two bandits' hideouts during a clearance operation in Makarfi Local Government Area. The command's Public Relations Officer, DSP Mansir Hassan, disclosed this in a statement issued on Saturday in Kaduna. Hassan said police operatives conducted the operation in collaboration with the Kaduna State Vigilance Service, based on credible intelligence from community members. The operatives raided suspected bandits' enclaves around Durum and Danguzuri, extending to the boundary with Kano State, and dismantled two structures used as hideouts. Joint security patrols are ongoing in the affected areas, and normalcy has been restored.
