Former NACCIMA President Dele Oye has raised concerns over the Federal Government's economic reform figures, noting a gap between additional resources and new spending pressures since fuel subsidy removal. He said the government recorded about N20.4 trillion in incremental resources against new spending commitments of N30.6 trillion. Oye also raised fresh concerns over a $5 billion Abu Dhabi facility and stated Nigeria remains heavily dependent on borrowing. He highlighted that the naira lost 29% of its value in four years.
