A fire outbreak destroyed shops and goods worth millions of naira at Eda Plaza, a building materials market in Jabi, Abuja. The alarm was raised around 3am on Sunday, and the Federal Fire Service, along with the FCT Fire Service, responded with appliances from several stations. The fire was brought under control, with a stop message issued at 10:14am.
