The All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) has expressed grief over the death of its former National President, Architect Kabiru Ibrahim Faskari, who died in Istanbul, Turkey, following complications from prostate surgery. In a condolence statement, AFAN's current National President, Farouk Rabiu Mudi, described Faskari's passing as a painful loss to the association and the agricultural sector. Mudi noted Faskari's invaluable contributions to Nigeria's farming community, including his service as President of the Poultry Association of Nigeria and Chairman of the Agriculture Business Group.
