The Federal Government has reiterated its stance against negotiating with terrorists, stating that the only language they understand is defeat. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, made this remark at the 21st Extraordinary Session of the African Union in Luanda, Angola. The summit focuses on addressing terrorism, violent extremism, and conflict prevention in Africa. Vice President Kashim Shettima represented President Bola Tinubu at the summit.
