Chinese Ambassador Gao Wenqi attended the handover ceremony of the renovated and expanded Masaka Hospital in Rwanda on August 28. The project, which implements consensus between the two countries' heads of state, is part of the FOCAC 'Ten Partnership Actions.' The hospital is expected to become Rwanda's largest modern teaching hospital and a regional medical hub, boosting medical tourism and Africa's public health sector.
