President Bola Tinubu has formally lodged a complaint with the African Union regarding recurring xenophobic and Afrophobic attacks against Africans in South Africa. He warned that these incidents undermine the continent's solidarity, unity, and peaceful coexistence. Tinubu requested that the matter be placed on the agenda of the 40th Ordinary Session of the AU Assembly. The complaint was delivered by Vice-President Kashim Shettima at the 21st Extraordinary AU Summit in Luanda, Angola.
