Former Cross River State governor and presidential candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party, Donald Duke, has described Nigeria's petrol-subsidy controversy as a scam. He argued that petrol could sell for about N200 per litre if the country properly harnessed other products derived from crude oil. Duke made these remarks in a recent statement.
