The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has disclosed that Nigeria recorded US$947 million in remittance inflows through International Money Transfer Operators in July. This record figure brings the country closer to its target of US$1 billion in monthly remittances. The CBN views this as a positive development for the economy.
