The Police Command in Kano has rescued a kidnapped victim, Alhaji Yusif Nadabo, the Sarkin Noman Kano, who was abducted by suspected bandits in Garun Mallam Local Government Area. The command's spokesperson, CSP Abdullahi Haruna-Kiyawa, stated that on August 29, at about 11:30 p.m., a distress call was received about bandits storming Garun Mallam town, shooting sporadically and abducting Nadabo. Police tactical and patrol teams were immediately mobilised, and in collaboration with other security agencies, they rescued the victim unhurt.
