Adeleke University in Ede, Osun State, has inaugurated a 200-kilowatt peak (200kWp) commercial and industrial solar power system installed by DVS Reliable Energy for its Senate Building. The Managing Director and CEO of DVS Reliable Energy, Mr. David Adewuyi, said the project will provide uninterrupted, reliable, and sustainable electricity to the university, reducing dependence on the national grid and diesel generators. The solar panels have an expected lifespan of up to 25 years, with batteries covered by a 10-year warranty and inverters by a five-year warranty. Adewuyi also mentioned that DVS Reliable Energy would provide free maintenance for the system.
