Real estate stakeholders have called for reforms in the nation's land titling system and the introduction of government-backed housing subsidies. These measures are aimed at reducing the cost of home ownership. The call was made at the opening of the 10th edition of the Mega Project in Lagos. The stakeholders believe these reforms will make housing more affordable for Nigerians.
