The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure has distributed clean cookstoves, solar home systems, and support packs to Lagos State residents as part of its Sustainable Empowerment Programme. The agency also trained beneficiaries in Plaster of Paris installation and electrical maintenance. Executive Vice Chairman Khalil Suleiman Halilu said the programme aims to translate science and technology into practical economic opportunities. He noted that similar interventions have been carried out in other states, including Abia.
