The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) have called on the United States to release the FBI report on alleged drug-trafficking records linked to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. President Tinubu has asked a US federal court to block further release of records from past investigations, citing privacy rights. The request was made in a filing before the US District Court for the District of Columbia, urging the court to reject a motion for summary judgment by Aaron Greenspan of PlainSite. Greenspan had filed Freedom of Information Act requests seeking records related to Tinubu.
