The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has started the reconstruction of 15.4 kilometers of failed sections of the Benin-Sapele expressway. Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori described the move as a welcome development. The project aims to improve road infrastructure in the region.
