Lieutenant Dr. Victoria Namagga leads the medical component of the African Union Support and Stabilisation Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM) Uganda Battle Group 44. She previously worked as a medical intern at Nakivale refugee settlement in Uganda, where she cared for refugees. In 2021, she joined the military, aiming to make a difference in people's lives. Her current mission involves providing medical care in a field hospital in Mogadishu.
