ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), China's leading memory chipmaker, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense to be removed from a Pentagon blacklist that identifies it as a Chinese military-linked entity. CXMT denies any military affiliations and states that it produces DRAM chips for commercial use. The company seeks to clear its name and resume normal business operations.
