The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has sold out all 3,050 slots allocated for the 2027 Hajj, according to its Director-General, Abubakar Ibrahim Matawalle. He disclosed that more than 200 pilgrims are on standby, having secured passports and made payments, to take up any vacant slots. Matawalle warned that pilgrims who have paid but not submitted their e-passports by September 5 risk losing their slots. He emphasized that the deadline is necessary to meet documentation and visa processing requirements.
