Popular Anambra comedian and media personality Isaac Nwosu, known as Aiza Nwosu, was shot dead in Awka, the state capital, during an attack on Sunday night. Gunmen reportedly followed Nwosu from his residence, blocked his vehicle, and opened fire, leaving him dead inside his car. Another person was killed in a separate shooting along Capital City Road, Amaenyi, the same night. Security operatives responded after the attacks, and residents fled the areas as gunshots rang out.
