French aerospace group Thales Alenia Space and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) have been selected to build Nigeria's replacement communications satellites. The contract marks a significant step in Nigeria's efforts to enhance its satellite capabilities. The new satellites are expected to improve communication services across the country.
