Provide evidence on replacement of your candidates, INEC challenges NDC

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has challenged the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to provide evidence that the commission replaced any of its nominated candidates for the 2027 general elections. Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman, Adedayo Oketola, stated this in an interview on Monday in Abuja. The NDC had alleged that INEC replaced some of its candidates in Anambra State House of Assembly constituencies. Oketola described the allegation as serious and capable of objective verification.
