The National Pension Commission (PenCom), in collaboration with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has recovered N1.18 billion in pension arrears from 15 companies. This action is part of a crackdown on employers who fail to remit pension contributions for their employees. The recovery effort is aimed at ensuring compliance with pension regulations and protecting workers' retirement benefits. PenCom has warned that defaulting employers will face further sanctions.
