The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) reported that it secured 10,872 convictions and recovered N1.23 trillion, $684.48 million, £373,906, and €9.34 million between October 2023 and July 2026. The commission also investigated 39,615 cases, filed 14,476 cases in court, and received 49,673 petitions during this period. EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede presented the figures in a three-year stewardship report, highlighting a 75.1% conviction-to-filing ratio and the recovery of 10,053 assets and 102 tonnes of solid minerals.
