Everton have submitted a bid for United States striker Folarin Balogun, who plays for Monaco, as they seek to strengthen their attack before the transfer deadline. The 25-year-old former Arsenal player is valued at £40m by Monaco, with Everton's offer reported to be around £35m. Balogun's potential return to the Premier League follows his involvement in a controversy at the 2026 World Cup, where he was sent off for serious foul play in a match against Bosnia-Herzegovina.
