20 African NGOs demand investigation into Guinea mass grave

Twenty African civil society organisations have called for an independent and official investigation into the discovery of six bodies found bound and blindfolded in a mass grave in southwestern Guinea. The bodies were found a week ago in the village of Allassoyah in Lower Guinea's Forecariah administrative region. Local sources reported that young people gathering firewood made the discovery. The organisations are demanding a thorough inquiry into the incident.
