The National Pension Commission has initiated discussions with the Lagos State Government and the Lagos State Pension Commission to resolve issues regarding delayed pension increases and wage awards for retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme. This follows concerns raised by pensioners in Lagos State about the delays. The commission disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday.
