A Federal High Court in Lagos has temporarily stopped the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) from closing or disrupting the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, which is located in the Lekki Free Zone. This decision was made by Justice Akintayo Aluko during a court session on Monday. The court's order came in response to a legal request made regarding the refinery's operations.
