Vice President Kashim Shettima has declared that Nigeria will no longer tolerate the dehumanisation or mistreatment of its citizens anywhere in the world. He also reiterated Nigeria's strong opposition to xenophobic and Afrophobic attacks against Nigerians and other African nationals in South Africa. Shettima made these remarks while speaking to newsmen in Luanda, Angola, before departing for Nigeria after representing President Bola Tinubu at the 21st Extraordinary Session of the AU Assembly. He emphasised that the government and people of Nigeria will not accept situations where Nigerians are dehumanised.
