McTominay to undergo heart procedure

Scott McTominay, a midfielder for the Scottish national team and Napoli, will have a minor heart surgery due to a heart rhythm problem. This issue, called benign arrhythmia, is not serious but needs to be treated. McTominay will be out of action until after the international break at the end of the month. He will miss important matches, including a Champions League game against Arsenal and several Nations League games for Scotland.
