Government unveils £12 Billion high-speed rail plan to connect Lagos and Maiduguri

The Nigerian government has revealed a plan to build a high-speed train line that will connect Lagos, a major city, to Maiduguri. This train will travel at a speed of 360 kilometers per hour (about 224 miles per hour). The project is expected to cost £12 billion. This new rail line aims to improve transportation between these two important locations.
