On August 22, Ambassador Zhao Weiping attended the opening ceremony of the Ohangwena Time Square Complex in Helao Nafidi Town, Namibia, alongside Namibian President Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. The complex was developed by Chinese investors. During the event, Ambassador Zhao praised Chinese entrepreneurs for helping Namibia's economy and society. He mentioned that President Nandi-Ndaitwah's recent visit to China has strengthened the relationship between China and Namibia, which will lead to more cooperation and benefits for both countries. President Nandi-Ndaitwah also expressed her support for the complex, noting that it aligns with agreements made during her visit to China.
