A fire broke out on Tuesday evening at the residence of Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal in Gusau. The fire started around 7:20 PM, and firefighters quickly arrived to handle the situation. Engr. Bello Sani Gusau, the Executive Secretary of the Zamfara State Fire Service Board, confirmed that they were working to control the fire. It was reported that the fire affected a security room in the governor's residence. However, the cause of the fire and how much damage it caused were not known at the time of the report.
