The World Health Organization (WHO) has decided not to widely use the Ervebo vaccine to combat the severe Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. They believe that there is not enough evidence to show that the vaccine effectively protects people from the specific strain of Ebola causing the outbreak.
