Tony Elumelu, who is the chairman of Heirs Group, has seen the value of his investment in Seplat Energy Plc increase significantly. His indirect ownership in the company is now worth about $1.28 billion, which is around N1.48 trillion. This increase happened because Seplat's shares went up by 8.4%.
