Meta has informed its engineers that AI adoption dashboards and token counts will not be used to evaluate their performance. This decision was communicated in an internal memo from executives Maher Saba and Santosh Janardhan. The move marks a further step back from earlier efforts to incorporate AI usage metrics into performance reviews.
